Awww, such a cute little kitty…or, in this case, catgirl-very popular in anime, manga, and cosplaying. The girl behind the catgirl (or perhaps catwoman since she’s actually 22) is idol Azumi Harusaki. I really like these outfits, they’re equally cute and silly.

I think that’s the right number counting the Valentine’s one…anyway, I was hoping to have some new and awesome Harumi Nemoto pics up to put up now, but the cable at my house went kaput yesterday and no cable means no internet, so until I can do enough hollering and prodding to get it back online or figure a way around it (hopefully that’s in a day or two) I have to use what I’ve already uploaded, which is plenty. Anyway, here’s another one for today:

The Best Thing I Took Out Of Katsucon…

…was this:

Sorry about the pic getting cut off, I suck with digital photography. I hardly use the digital camera I used to take this pic, it’s an “entry-level” camera I bought last year that I’ve used maybe 5 times. Anyway, it’s an imported DOA (Dead Or Alive) Kasumi figurine. Kasumi has always been my favorite DOA character and DOA is one of my favorite fighting franchises. I saw this at the booth of Mugen Toys at Katsucon, saw it, grabbed it to think about it, then asked how much the figurine was-$25. SOLD! My first ‘con purchase. I later bought a DOA Ultimate full-size poster to go with it that will soon go up on my wall. Yes, I spend a lot of time staring at the statue…I’d take a picture of the back of it but it might not be work safe (no nudity but it’s close). For this reason alone I left happy. Mugen Toys sells a few collectible import figurines like this, you can get this one from them via their online store at mugentoys.com (I don’t remember the location but they have a retail store as well, I think it’s in upstate New York) for $24.99 plus shipping & taxes. They also have an Ayane figurine as well. Additionally, they stock a variety of figurines, gashapon (tiny collectible Japanese anime/game figurines often sold in vending machines) and other cool and unusual anime & videogame-themed collectibles. Prices are fairly reasonable and a lot of this stuff is rare. Check it out if you’re into this stuff. Now excuse me while I resume staring at my dream girl…

Random Japanese Bikini Idol Pics Of The Day #19 & 20

To help pass the time before Katsucon (and for other reasons, namely to cheer me up over knowing I won’t see a co-worker who’s leaving for good today…she called in sick…she’s Asian-not sure but I think she’s Chinese, middle-aged but very cute…yes, I fancy all Asian women although I do prefer Japanese, but the others are quite beautiful as well), a couple more before I take off. The first one is a nice reason to try and get HDNet to watch World Victory Road’s Sengoku events:

Yuki Aikawa

One of the promotion’s just-revealed ring girls (they carry the round number cards, pose with the winners, and just look so darn hot) is Yuki Aikawa, 24. On the side she’s also one of the famed “race queens” of Japan, who are those women you see standing by the cars on the track before races start, holding number plates, doing commercial work, and related activities. Actually, it turns out a lot of ring girls are also race queens. Hopefully Sengoku will do a good job of showcasing her and her fellow ring girls in the future.

Reina Matsushima

Another idol with hopefully a bright future ahead of her is this one-Reina Matsushima, 21. She’s a bit tall by idol standards at 5’4″, but if her hobbies and special skills are any indications she’d make a good housewife-her hobby is (of course) shopping and her special skills are listed as cooking and cleaning. Her favorite foods are meat and fruit, always a nice balance, no? Maybe there will be more of her appearing here, assuming I can find more pics of her and not get her mixed up with fellow idol Kaede Matsushima-no relation. Good thing I checked, I did nearly call Reina Kaede.
